We’ve introduced several protection and social distancing measures to keep our therapists and customers safe.
Customer Journey

BOOKINGS
All appointments need to be booked ahead, no walk ins unfortunately.
ON ARRIVAL
We do not have the capacity for a waiting area therefore please do not come early when you arrive for your appointment. We have a RING doorbell you press to let us know you are here so we can collect you when ready or direct you in.
We ask you to arrive alone - unaccompanied and without excessive bags. You will be required to wash your hands on arrival.

FACE MASKS
For any treatments please wear a face mask. Please do not touch your mask after your hands have been washed.
I do have blue type 3 ply surgical mask face masks you can purchase.

Premises
HAND SANITISER
We have placed hand sanitiser at various points throughout the premises. Please use these if you have needed to touch your face mask but not during the nail paint portion of your manicure.
No toilet facilities. Unfortunately, there is just not enough time for me to sanitise and disinfect the bathroom between every client so please be aware these will only be available if agreed prior to your appointment so enough time for cleaning can be allowed and booked into your slot.
PPE
In line with published Governmental Guidelines your therapist will be wearing a face mask during your treatment. Gloves will be worn in appropriate treatments.
I have also joined a recycling programme called Salon Sustainability that processes PPE waste into clean renewable energy and 100% of their recycling profits go to HABB.
PAYMENTS
Card or cash payment is accepted but I will not have change currently.

AFTERCARE
Aftercare will be verbal to reduce paper and it is also on a poster and you are encouraged at the end of your treatment to take a photo for future reference.
